For a successful apéritif, the ideal serving temperature is 8 - 10°C.

A judicious blend of white (Chardonnay) and red (Pinot Noir) grapes, its elegant colour and fruity nose will certainly seduce you.
It makes a delicate accompaniment for roasted poultry and lighter meats.


Upon receipt of champagne bottles, leave them to rest for a few days in a horizontal position, at a constant temperature (12-13°C), and protected from light.
Serve your champagne cooled but not cold, so as not to disturb the aromatic intensity.
The ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 10°C.

Finally, avoid using detergent products to clean champagne glasses: a thorough rinsing with clean water will suffice. Degreasers deposit a film on the surface of the glass, which is detrimental to the quality of the foam and fine bubble streams.
